The Automated Metal Spray Solution

The IR4 Automated Metal Spray System equipped with an adequate spraying nozzle, is programmed to apply metal coatings consistently and precisely onto the surfaces.

The automated process control systems monitor and regulate parameters such as spray distance, spray angle, travel speed, and coating thickness. This ensures accurate and consistent application of the metal coatings, meeting the required specifications.

The IR4 Automated Metal Spray system improves productivity, enhances quality control, and ensures the refurbishment and repair process meets or exceeds industry standards.
